Vanilla Apple-Banana Bread


146 g Tree Top Apple Puree

320 g all-purpose flour

251 g sugar

2 pkgs. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding

5.75 g soda

9 g salt

3 g cinnamon

250 g eggs

49.8 g mashed banana

218 g Canola oil

2.5 g vanilla

100 g nuts (optional)



Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease two loaf pans.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, pudding mix, soda, salt and cinnamon.

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, banana, oil and vanilla. Stir into the dry ingredients until just moistened. Stir in nuts.

Bake in two (2) 8"x 4" loaf pans for 55 – 65 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into middle of loaf comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Continue cooling on wire racks.
