Strawberry Cream Pie
- 260 g Tree Top Strawberry Variegate 509242
- 96 g (one 3.4 oz. pkg.) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 225 g frozen whipped topping, thawed (plus additional for topping)
- 1 (170 g) graham cracker crust
Beat pudding mix and strawberries together until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Refrigerate.
Add layer of whipped topping before serving. May sprinkle with coconut if desired.
