220 g Tree Top IQF DS Cherries, thawed
13.50 g olive oil
100 g onion, chopped
160 g cherry jam
30 g balsamic vinegar
1.50 g pumpkin pie spice
3 g kosher salt
Over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the chopped onion and cook, stirring, one minute. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thick. Serve over grilled steak
