Sour Cream Apple Pie


309 g Tree Top Apples (LM, Evap or Frozen)

206 g sour cream

17 g all-purpose flour

2.50 g vanilla

126 g sugar

1.50 g salt

50 g egg

Topping: (optional)

93 g brown sugar

48 g all-purpose flour

54 g butter



Preheat oven to 400 F.

Mix cream, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and egg. Add apples. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 25 minutes.

Mix topping ingredients; sprinkle over top of pie and bake 20 minutes longer.

Serves 8.
