Sensational Raspberry Ice Cream
- 103.50 g Tree Top Raspberry Fruit Sensations®
- 244 g whole milk, well chilled
- 150 g granulated sugar
- 476 g heavy cream, well chilled
- 4.20-8.40 g pure vanilla extract, to taste
In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer or a whisk to combine the milk and granulated sugar until the sugar is dissolved, about 1-2 minutes on low speed. Stir in heavy cream, Raspberry Fruit Sensations®, and vanilla to taste. Pour mixture into freezer bowl of ice cream machine and let mix until thickened, about 25-30 minutes.
Remove freezer bowl from machine and place in freezer for 2 hours minimum.
