Pecan Apple Sauce Bread


298 g Tree Top Natural Apple Sauce

114 g butter

167 g granulated sugar

100 g eggs, beaten

2.40 g vanilla

159 g chopped pecans

281 g all-purpose flour

8 g baking soda

1.30 g cinnamon

0.50 g ground cloves

0.80 g salt



Preheat oven to 325 F.  Grease and flour a 9" x 5" loaf pan.

Cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs. Stir in the vanilla and apple sauce; mix in the chopped pecans.

Mix together the dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture until well blended.

Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.

Makes 20 servings.
