2½ cups Tree Top Fresh or Frozen Apple Chunks
711 g water
1 1/2 cups Couscous
1/2 cup chopped parsley
12 g lemon juice
108 g olive oil
1/3 cup pine nuts
1/3 cup dried currants
55 g golden raisins
zest of one lemon
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add couscous and stir.
Remove from heat and cover. Let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with work.
Combine all other ingredients and toss with couscous.
