Mixed Berry Jelly
- 1024 g Tree Top Fruit Base Purees, seedless
- 1407 g Sugar
- 1 pouch Liquid Pectin
Combine fruit bases in a large pot. Add sugar and stir. Using medium high heat, bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Add pectin and continue to boil for 1 minute, stirring. Remove from heat. Skim off foam and pour into clean jars. Fill to within 3/8- inch of the top. Place lids and screw down tight.
Makes approximately 8 cups.
