• 10 grams Mesquite Maple Clusters made with Tree Top Apple Flake Powder
• Tree Top Low Moisture 1/4″ x 1/4″ x 1/4″ Apple Dices and rolled oats
• 10 grams Nabisco Multigrain mini toasted wheat thins 100 calorie pack
• 10 grams Nabisco Ritz snack mix 100 calorie pack

Directions

Mix together in ziplock bag. Add other fruits or cereals of your choice.
