Mandarin-Style Orange Sauce


237 g Tree Top Apple Juice Concentrate, 70° Brix

186 g Tree Top Orange Juice Concentrate (single strength)*180 g chicken broth

90 g distilled white vinegar10 g orange zest

63.75 g soy sauce

8.50 g minced garlic

6 g fresh ginger, minced or 2.7 grams ginger powder

0.45 g cayenne pepper

13.34 g cornstarch

29.62 g cold water



Add everything except the cornstarch and water to a large skillet and bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch and cold water together. Add to boiling sauce, stirring constantly until sauce thickens (about 5 minutes).

*Tree Top Orange Juice Concentrate can be reduced to single strength by adding 5.6 parts water to 1 part concentrate.
