Mandarin-Style Orange Sauce
- 237 g Tree Top Apple Juice Concentrate, 70° Brix
- 186 g Tree Top Orange Juice Concentrate (single strength)*180 g chicken broth
- 90 g distilled white vinegar10 g orange zest
- 63.75 g soy sauce
- 8.50 g minced garlic
- 6 g fresh ginger, minced or 2.7 grams ginger powder
- 0.45 g cayenne pepper
- 13.34 g cornstarch
- 29.62 g cold water
Add everything except the cornstarch and water to a large skillet and bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch and cold water together. Add to boiling sauce, stirring constantly until sauce thickens (about 5 minutes).
*Tree Top Orange Juice Concentrate can be reduced to single strength by adding 5.6 parts water to 1 part concentrate.
