Gluten-Free Coffee Cake
- 86 g Tree Top Infused Apple Pieces (200137) soaked in Tree Top Apple Juice for 5 minutes, Drained
- 1 box Gluten-Free yellow cake mix
- 240 g sour cream
- 90 g water
- 72.20 oil
- 200 g eggs
- 110 g brown sugar
- 3 g cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease 9×13″ pan.
Mix cake mix, sour cream, water, oil and eggs in a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl, stir together brown sugar and cinnamon.
Layer half of batter in pan, then half the cinnamon mixture, then remaining batter, then top with remaining cinnamon mixture.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool.
