Gluten-Free Apple Cinnamon Bread
- 292 g Tree Top 38°Brix Apple Puree 300301
- 207 g gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 201 g sugar
- 4.60 g baking soda
- 6 g cinnamon
- 50 g egg, beaten
- 76 g melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8-inch bread pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Add in the egg, butter and apple puree. Mix well. Dough will be pudding consistency.
Pour dough into prepared bread pan. Sprinkle top of dough with cinnamon sugar. Bake in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until knife inserted into center comes out clean). Move to a cooling rack and let cool completely before serving.
