4.5 g. ground cinnamon
1.50 g. salt
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray 10-inch tube pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, apple puree, apple juice,
oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt in large bowl with electric
mixer at low speed 1 minute. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes or until
well blended and fluffy. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of cake
comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 20 minutes. Run sharp knife along edge
of pan to release cake from pan; invert cake onto serving plate. Cool
completely.
Before serving, place 9-inch paper doily over cake; sift powdered sugar over doily. Carefully remove doily.
