In a medium saucepan combine water, margarine, and salt and heat until it reaches a boil. Stir in flour with a wooden spoon until it forms a ball and set aside. Remove the dough from heat, beat in eggs and set aside.
Heat two inches of oil to 350 degrees in a deep frying pan.
Spoon churro dough into a pastry bag fitted with a large tip.
Squeeze 4 inch strips of dough into the oil and fry churros rotating them once until golden brown.
Place cooked churros onto a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
Roll churros in apple flakes and ground cinnamon.
