Apple Sticky Bun Muffins


13.7 g Tree Top LM 3/8” Apple Dices

28 g butter

55 g brown sugar, firmly packed

57 g light corn syrup

25 g chopped nuts

20.50 g raisins

1.5 g ground cinnamon

2 English muffins, split



Preheat oven to 400 F. Melt butter in an 8-inch round cake pan.

Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, nuts, raisins, and cinnamon. Arrange English muffin halves, cut-side down, on top of syrup mixture.

Bake 15 minutes, or until bubbly. Immediately invert muffins onto a serving dish and serve.
