Apple Plum Crumble
- 324 g Tree Top Pear Juice Concentrate
- 660 g IQF Apple dice with skin on (1/2″ x 3/8″ x 1”)
- 1 cup plums, chopped, with skin on
- cinnamon powder
- 252 g oatmeal flour
- 220 g brown sugar
- 113.4 g low-fat margarine
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Combine fruits and pour into 9″x13″ pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Chop margarine into little pieces; then rub into whole oatmeal flour until mix resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Stir in the brown sugar and sprinkle mixture over the fruit.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until top is golden and fruit is soft.
