- 60 g Tree Top Apple Fiber
- 340 g all-purpose flour
- 230 g quick oats
- 301 g butter
- 5.50 g salt
- 36 g Tree Top Apple Fiber
- 478 g Tree Top Low Moisture Apple Slices, rehydrated with
- 21 g Tree Top Apple Juice Concentrate with 89 g H2O
- 186 g granulated sugar
- 3 g cinnamon
- 114 g butter
- 2 g salt
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9″ x 11″ baking dish with butter.
Rehydrate apple slices in concentrate for at least 5 minutes. Drain well.
Mix crunch mix ingredients together to a crumbly consistency and set aside.
Sprinkle approximately half of the crunch mix into the prepared dish; press down firmly.
Mix first 5 filling ingredients together and pour over apple slices in a bowl; mix well. Pour filling into the pan and smooth over. Sprinkle remaining crunch mix evenly over apple filling.
Bake until crunch is golden brown and apples are done; approximately one hour. Cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
