Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9" x 11" baking dish with butter.
Rehydrate apple slices in concentrate for at least 5 minutes. Drain well.
Mix crunch mix ingredients together to a crumbly consistency and set aside.
Sprinkle approximately half of the crunch mix into the prepared dish; press down firmly.
Mix first 5 filling ingredients together and pour over apple slices in a
bowl; mix well. Pour filling into the pan and smooth over. Sprinkle
remaining crunch mix evenly over apple filling.
Bake until crunch is golden brown and apples are done; approximately one hour. Cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
