Apple Crunch


Crunch Mix

60 g Tree Top Apple Fiber

340 g all-purpose flour

230 g quick oats

301 g butter

5.50 g salt


36 g Tree Top Apple Fiber

478 g Tree Top Low Moisture Apple Slices, rehydrated with

21 g Tree Top Apple Juice Concentrate with 89 g H2O

186 g granulated sugar

3 g cinnamon

114 g butter

2 g salt



Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9" x 11" baking dish with butter.

Rehydrate apple slices in concentrate for at least 5 minutes. Drain well.

Mix crunch mix ingredients together to a crumbly consistency and set aside.

Sprinkle approximately half of the crunch mix into the prepared dish; press down firmly.

Mix first 5 filling ingredients together and pour over apple slices in a bowl; mix well. Pour filling into the pan and smooth over. Sprinkle remaining crunch mix evenly over apple filling.

Bake until crunch is golden brown and apples are done; approximately one hour. Cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
