Apple Caramel Cookies
- 115 g Tree Top Applesauce
- 172 g Tree Top Apple Flake Powder 20 Mesh
- 14 g Tree Top Apple Juice Concentrate
- 229 g Tree Top Apple Fruit Sensations
- 229 g sour cream
- 100 g eggs
- 5 g vanilla
- 460 g all-purpose flour
- 5 g baking soda
- 5 g salt
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Mix all ingredients except caramels together in a large bowl. Cover bowl and chill at least one hour. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until slightly brown. Cool.
Melt caramels in double-boiler (or microwave) and drizzle over top of each cookie.
