115 g Tree Top Applesauce
172 g Tree Top Apple Flake Powder 20 Mesh
14 g Tree Top Apple Juice Concentrate
229 g Tree Top Apple Fruit Sensations
229 g sour cream
100 g eggs
5 g vanilla
460 g all-purpose flour
5 g baking soda
5 g salt
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Mix all ingredients except caramels together in a large bowl. Cover
bowl and chill at least one hour. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased
cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until slightly brown. Cool.
Melt caramels in double-boiler (or microwave) and drizzle over top of each cookie.
