Apple Bundt Cake
- 324 g Tree Top Apple Juice Concentrate
- 162 g Tree Top Pear Juice Concentrate
- 90 g Tree Top Apple Puree
- 440 g cored, unpeeled Apples, chopped
- 28 g Canola oil
- 100 g eggs
- 5 g vanilla
- 320 g flour
- 9 g soda
- 9 g cinnamon
- 6 g salt substitute
In a large bowl, combine sugar, fruit concentrates, puree, oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
Combine flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and nuts. Add to sugar mixture. Beat until well blended. Stir in apples.
Bake in lightly greased tube pan, bundt pan or loaf pans for 1 hour in a 350 F oven.
