324 g Tree Top Apple Juice Concentrate
162 g Tree Top Pear Juice Concentrate
90 g Tree Top Apple Puree
440 g cored, unpeeled Apples, chopped
28 g Canola oil
100 g eggs
5 g vanilla
320 g flour
9 g soda
9 g cinnamon
6 g salt substitute
In a large bowl, combine sugar, fruit concentrates, puree, oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
Combine flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and nuts. Add to sugar mixture. Beat until well blended. Stir in apples.
Bake in lightly greased tube pan, bundt pan or loaf pans for 1 hour in a 350 F oven.
