Combine ingredients in small saucepan. Stir over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
Beat sugar, butter and salt until light. Combine dry ingredients. Blend
together with sugar mixture. Add enough water to hold dough together.
Press half of the dough into a 9-inch square greased pan. Spread with
filling. Roll remaining dough on waxed paper into a 9”x 9” shape.
Carefully turn it onto the filling. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a 350 F
Cool on a wire rack. Cut into 16 squares and serve.
