Pacific Northwest Raspberry 7-13-2016

July 13, 2016 | 0 min read

The 2016 raspberry harvest in Lynden, WA started around the 10th of June which is one of the earliest starts on record. The early varieties didn’t yield very well, but all of the other varieties have looked great so far. Harvest is expected to end around the end of July this year. The crop is expected to be slightly above average, and quality has been OK, but not great for IQF. Pricing has come down 25-30% from last season across all pack types.
