Fresh market movement for California, Florida, and Mexico strawberries has been strong for the first week of January according to the National Berry Report. Movement volumes are ahead of last year for Florida and Mexico with California movement being slightly under last year with less acres in the state. Fresh market pricing is currently much lower than this time last year.
