Cold Storage Inventory of Various Fruits as of December 31, 2020

The overall trend for most fruits destined for freezing in 2020 was that of shorter volumes than expected. The only crop to avoid this was blueberry. Most other types of fruit are in short supply according to the USDA Cold Storage Report. This trend had an impact on prices in 2020, and it is likely that many of these fruits will also see higher pricing in 2021.
