The strawberry juice stock volume in the state YTD through last week is still the highest in many years, but the last two weeks have been very light in volume. 94% of the juice stock volume this year came prior to the month of March. With wet weather forecast again for next week, it is expected that the volume will pick up again. The amount of rain and the intensity will determine what happens. With current fresh market conditions being good, the rains may serve to keep fresh pricing high.
