California Strawberry Acreage Changes

Strawberry variety changes for the districts of Oxnard and Santa Maria in 2015 show that the San Andreas variety lost the most amount of acreage according to the California Strawberry Commission Acreage Survey. The Ventana and Albion varieties also went down significantly while the Radiance and Monterey varieties increased in acreage. Proprietary acreage remained relatively stable.
