Strawberry Ice Cream I
- 378 g Tree Top Strawberry Diced Fruit Base
- 245 g milk
- 232 g heavy cream
- 3 egg yolks, whisked
- 50 g sugar
- 1 g vanilla
Combine milk, cream, sugar and vanilla in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Temper whipped egg yolks in milk/cream mixture and add to milk/cream mixture. Cool mixture. Add strawberry fruit base and vanilla; mix. Chill in refrigerator for one hour.
Churn in an ice cream maker until frozen.
