Raspberry Oatmeal Crackers
- 45 g Tree Top Fruit Sensations
- 40 g Tree Top Pear Fruit Flakes
- 20 g Northwest Naturals Concord Grape Concentrate
- 113 g canola oil
- 90 g sugar
- 50 g eggs
- 4 g natural raspberry flavor
- 72 g whole wheat pastry flour
- 70 g all purpose flour
- 3.45 g baking powder
- 2.30 g baking soda
- 1.50 g salt
- 180 g old fashioned oats
- 10 g flaxseeds
Preheat oven to 325F.
Mix together oil, sugar, egg, and flavor until emulsified.
Sift together flours, fruit flakes, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
Add the oats, Fruit Sensations and flaxseeds to the dough and mix until just combined.
Shape into 3g portions, and space 1-inch apart on parchment lined baking sheet. Smash gently to even, 1/4-inch thickness.
Bake for 7 minutes, rotating halfway through baking.
Let cool completely on a wire rack before packaging.
