Rehydrate apples in concentrate/water mixture for at least 5 minutes. Drain well.
Beat together butter, sugar and eggs. Add next 8 ingredients; mix
thoroughly. Fold in remaining ingredients and pour batter into a greased
and floured 9" x 13" pan.
Bake at 325 F for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
