81 g Tree Top Blackberry Fruit Sensations®
162 g Tree Top Pear Juice Concentrate
230 g sour cream
114 g butter
50 g egg
4 g vanilla
344 g flour
330 g brown sugar
6 g salt
2.30 g baking soda
Directions
Preheat to 375 F.
Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in sour cream, eggs, pear juice concentrate and vanilla.
Stir together flour, salt, and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Stir in blackberry Fruit Sensations®. Chill dough at least one hour.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
GLAZE (Optional):
76 g butter
113 g cream cheese
240 g powdered sugar
6.3 g vanilla
Mix all ingredients together. Stir in milk until consistency is smooth. Spread evenly over cookies.
