Banana Apple Cinnamon Bread
- 112 g Tree Top Apple Sauce
- 103 g Tree Top Apple Cinnamon Fruit Sensations
- 80 g ripe bananas
- 201 g sugar
- 100 g eggs
- 4.60 g baking soda
- 12 g baking powder
- 6 g salt
- 2.50 g vanilla
- 256 g all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9” x 5” loaf pan with cooking oil.
Place bananas in a large bowl and mash with an electric mixer. Stir in sugar and let stand 15 minutes.
Add applesauce, apples and eggs; beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake 1 hr. 10 min., or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool on a wire rack.
