Rehydrate apples in reconstituted apple juice for at least 5 minutes. Drain well. Combine apples and sliced bananas.
Combine cinnamon, salt and sugar. Sprinkle on apple and banana slices.
Saute bread crumbs in butter in a skillet until browned.
In a greased 8" x 8" baking dish, make alternate layers of bread crumbs
and fruit, starting and ending with bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 375
F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more, or until apples are
tender.
