775 g Tree Top Evaporated Honey Crisp Apple Wedges (641)
297 g Tree Top Apple Juice
134 g sugar
310.50 g gluten-free flour mix
2 g guar gum
4.60 g baking powder
3 g salt
301 g sugar
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 9”x 13” baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cake ingredients. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, combine the apples, sugar, water and apple juice. Heat on stove, stirring to coat apples and dissolve sugar. When sugar is dissolved, pour into prepared baking pan. Spread out evenly.
Spread cake mix over apple, spreading out evenly. Cut butter into chunks and place on top of the cake mix.
Bake for 30 – 40 minutes, or until cake tests done. Spoon into serving dishes and garnish with whipped cream. Enjoy!
