536 g Tree Top Strawberry 9+1 Chunky Puree, #500106
204 g Half and Half
180 g sour cream
9 g lemon juice
Strawberry slices and mint leaves for garnish
In a blender, blend strawberry puree
until smooth. Pour into a large bowl and add half and half, sour
cream and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Chill.
Serve with garnish of sliced strawberries and mint leaves.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
