58.50 g Tree Top Evaporated Apple Rings
77.75 g boiling Tree Top Apple Juice
50 g sugar
1" stick of cinnamon
Few drops of red coloring
Soak apples 1 hour in hot apple juice to which color has been added.
Drain, reserving liquid. Mix sugar with drained liquid and boil to
dissolve sugar. Add cinnamon and apples. Cover and boil gently 5
minutes. Uncover and boil rapidly 2 minutes to concentrate juice. Will
garnish 6 servings of meat.
