Line a 9-inch square pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine the first five ingredients in food processor bowl and pulse
until it resembles coarse corn meal. Add butter and pulse until
thoroughly combined. Press into the bottom of prepared pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until the crust begins to brown. Remove from oven and cool completely on wire rack.
Whisk together the first eight ingredients. Sprinkle the crust evenly
with the pecans and Apple Fruit Sensations®. Pour the filling over the
nuts and fruit and bake at 350 F for 22-25 minutes or until the top is
brown and cracks start to form. Cool before cutting into bars.
