110 g Tree Top Apple Purée
50 g egg
47 g sugar
137 g all-purpose flour
4 g baking soda
3.50 g cinnamon
2 g ginger
132 g molasses
30 g butter
118.50 g water
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8x8” baking pan.
Beat egg and sugar together in a large mixing bowl.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and ginger. Add to the egg mixture. Mix in molasses.
In a small pan, bring water to a boil. Add butter to water; mix well.
Pour into the flour/egg mixture and mix well. Stir in the diced apples.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
